Dealing with Frequent Yeast Infections

Studies seem to indicate that more women are experiencing frequent yeast infections during the course of a year. If you are among those women who seem to be dealing with an infection more frequently, the root causes may have to do with the way your live your life. One of the most common causes of frequent yeast infections comes from the failure to take proper care of ourselves. Examine your daily diet and how often you include exercise in your weekly routine.
